During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Orders

We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs regulations.
Typical delivery estimate: 10–21 business days, but delays may occur.

Customs, duties, and taxes for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for fees charged by customs authorities.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. However, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed.
Once processing begins, we cannot make changes.
